AUSTRAC Online, from 31 March 2026, within 28 days of first providing a designated service. Free.
The same week
- Adopt your AML/CTF program.
- Start recording client identification for every new matter that is a designated service.
- Train staff and record it.

- What if we missed the 28 days?
- Enrol now. AUSTRAC has said it will prioritise enforcement against businesses that wilfully ignore the obligation to enrol; a late enrolment made in good faith is a different case.
